Challenge

Delivery service is simple and complicated at the same time. The simple delivery flow of parcels faces many corner cases on its way, and the main challenge was to define the exact fit for the company, considering their geographical and economic constraints.

The company had several rounds of evaluating existing solutions on the market. Unfortunately, some didn’t satisfy business needs, while others were too costly.

Process

To achieve their goal, we performed the discovery session that included three two-hour sessions of building Value Proposition Canvas. Our team helped the client structure the employees' jobs at different stages of the process, define pains and gains that could happen at each stage, and discover how to relieve or create them.

After building the scope of MVP, we defined the overall architecture of the system - one of the crucial components was choosing a low-code solution to deliver the functionality as fast as possible at a reasonable price.

Result

Using low-code solutions allowed us to deliver the first version of the system in a week. It became a good habit, and we continued providing valuable functionality weekly. It made the feedback loop significantly shorter, and we delivered the first version of MVP within six weeks.
