Challenge

Our client business processes were stumbled through legacy LMS that required to many useless actions to be done for simpler application. Continuous employees' and clients complains of the complexity of the system even make client to move out that and start using spreadsheets. The client came to us with the willing of re-do the LMS and take into account the peculiarities of their business process.

Process

As usual, we started out collaboration with 2 hours discovery session when Value Proposition was set. On the next day the client got their first prototype and was able to onboard first consumers within the next week.

We iteratively moved from feature to feature, continuously gathered the feedback from users to make sure our client is not getting another monster. On the some level of development we decided to not add more features since the current result satisfied majority of client needs
